This weekend the Chicago Bulls are headed to Milwaukee to face the Bucks. As the Bulls are currently tied with the Celtics for the top spot in the Eastern Conference, they are in excellent position. As home court advantage will be very important to the Bulls in the playoffs, they will need a victory in this game.

At 7-2 in NBA Picks, Chicago is now one of the top favorites to win the NBA Title.

Even though the Bulls are just 19-15 while playing on the road, they are 30-4 while playing in Chicago this year. They will have to win some games on the road as the season comes to a close, in order to secure home court advantage. For the Bulls, this game against Milwaukee will be a good chance to show that they can be successful on the road.

As the season comes to a close, the Bucks are in desperate need of some victories. They still have a chance at earning a playoff spot while they will probably not finish with a record of .500. Behind the Pacers for the 8th spot in the Eastern Conference playoff picture, they are currently 1.5 games. The Bucks have won 5 of their last 10 games as well as they have won 2 games in a row.

If the Milwaukee Bucks hope to take home a victory in this game, they will need solid guard play. Offensively and defensively, their guard play will have to be solid. They will be in big trouble in this game, if they allow Derrick Rose to penetrate into the paint.

If the Bulls are able to bring their normal effort they should be able to win this game.

Chicago Bulls Will Take On San Antonio Spurs On Thursday

This Thursday in a matchup between two of the top teams in the NBA, the Chicago Bulls will battle against the San Antonio Spurs. In this matchup, the Chicago Bulls will be the home team. The Spurs are 45-9 this year as the Bulls are 36-16 on the season.

While the Bulls are 15/1, NBA Odds currently have the Spurs at 9/2 odds to win the NBA Championship this season.

The Bulls will be tough to beat when playing at home, while the San Antonio Spurs have the superior record this season. By winning 23 of the 27 games played at home this year, this season the Bulls have been dominant on their home court. Defense will be the key for the Chicago Bulls in this game. Saturday Clash Between Kansas Jayhawks And Kansas State Wildcats

This Saturday, the Kansas Jayhawks will lock horn with the Kansas State Wildcats. Both have a lot of talent on their teams as these two teams are in state rivals. Only one of these two teams has lived up their potential this season in spite of the fact that both teams have very talented players.

After losing 4 of their last 6 games the Wildcats have recently fallen out of the top 25. This season the Wildcats have really struggled to shoot the ball at a high percentage. On the year they have only managed to shoot 44 percent. On their big men to rebound and their defense to make stops this low shooting percentage has put a lot of pressure.

This season the Jayhawks have looked like one of the best teams in the nation. Their defense seems to step up when they need it as they have one of the best offenses in the nation. Although the Jayhawks are coming off of a loss, that may influence their momentum entering this game.

This Week – Denver Nuggets Meet Portland Trailblazers

This week, the Denver Nuggets will square off against the Portland Trailblazers.

In the Northwest Division, these two teams are in the middle of a close fight. 4 teams which appear to have playoff-caliber talent this division has. This will be a large factor in where they end up in the playoff race as the way that these teams play against each other.

The fact that will make the Trailblazers show that they can run the court, is the Denver Nuggets are offensive squads. In this game the first key for the Nuggets will be Chauncey Billups. In the NBA, Billups is one of the premier point guards. They will have an opportunity to push the Blazers into a style that they are not used to if he can get the Nuggets running at a fast pace.

The Blazers average about 99 points per game, while the Nuggets average 106 points per game. Having some big men in their team, the Blazers may struggle to play at the pace that the Nuggets play at. They may be able to take advantage of those big men on both ends of the court if the Blazers can slow down the pace of the game.

Having some players that are very hot and cold, the Nuggets are a difficult team to rely on. J.R. Smith is one example of this type of player. The ability Smith has is to come off the bench and put up a lot of points for the Nuggets. However, the bench can struggle to score when he is cold.

To the pace of the game, this game will come down and the play of each team’s bench.
